You could have a list of all your students. Put a star beside the ones who pay attention and have good behavior. Tell the class that you will have a party for those with stars....the best students. You could also include on the list those who turn in all their homework and attend class every day. If you reward the best students, instead of giving attention to the disruptive students, it will be a positive way to reward them. You could give a small gift to the students who have the best behavior, or some other reward.
