Use constantly when describing a verb..The kid is constantly crying.
Use consistently when describing other things, like in the previous answer, He is consistently late to work.
Also remember, Constant means without breaks or intervals whereas consistent means, regular and it may have breaks and pauses.
Example: He was constantly requesting for some papers because he wants to be consistent on writing an article every saturday.
Hope this helps. :)

In most instances, consistent and constant can be interchangeable.
However, in common speech, I really only hear consistent being used to describe people or ideas, such as 'He is consistently late to work' 'The company aims to be consistent' etc.
Constant is used for everything else, 'The shower constantly breaks' 'I constantly have to go back to the store' etc.
