Could you please tell me the key difference between が and を in my provided samples
Samples:
1 - I like apple 私はリンゴが好きです
2 - I love apple 私はリンゴを持っている
Questions:
I think "like" 好き and "have" 持っ are all verbs
I thought the grammar and usage should be the same.
What's the most key reason why there is a difference here?
Could you give me a very short and strong reason?
どうもありがとうございます!

好きです is an adjective, not a verb.
And, as mentioned above, 好きです always comes with "ga."
The sentence pattern is
(Topic)は ( .... )が (adjective)です.
わたしは りんごが すきです。
Many other sentences follow this pattern.
ぞうは はなが ながい。
Elephant has a long nose.
かれは テニスが じょうずです。
He plays tennis well.

The object of "suki" is indicated by "ga". In fact, the Japanese don't see it as an object. They see it as a subject. It's pointless asking why.

Actually i had one typo in my provided samples.
I like apple
I have apple instead of "I love apple"
