is "okey dokey" still being used nowadays?
I've seen this phrase in many dramas, but seems like it hasn't been used for a while?

I think so because things on TV probably is from the reality.
I heard it all the time from "Hannah Montana"
It's just the same with "okay"
You know, it's like "see u later, alligator"
Dokey and alligator are using for rhyme

Yep, I use it too. :) It also turns up in Slovak and Czech, with the same meaning of course, as "ouki douki".
