Is there any different between this too phrase?

NO, they mean same.
Beloved ones is more formal and bookish.
Loved ones is more spoken thats it. :)

The difference is beloved ones is not used. You might say a person is beloved but even that is not common. (It is a seldom used word.)
A person is loved and you have loved ones.

Your beloved is your wife.
Your loved ones are your family.
There is no such thing as "beloved ones".
