I'd advise to try the link from youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ghjYwGIEdM&feature=relmfu I can't assess her Chinese, but she has a quite good Russian pronunciation. Also other lessons from her will be helpful.

This is a good answer, I think: http://www.study-languages-online.com/russian-articulation.html Choose Sound [r] р and Sound [r'] р' (palatalized). Listen to the sample and read the description.
