Every language has its own style. So, even if word-to-word translation of the above sentence is possible, it is not used in Hindi. Still, I am giving it here.
"Hope to hear from you soon" - Aasha hai ki jald hi aapse sunaneko milega - आशा है की जल्द ही आपसे सुननेको मिलेगा . This is not used as such in Hindi. Your phrase is generally used at the end of the letter when we expect a reply from someone. We usually say " aapke jawab ki pratiksha/intajar hai" in Hindi which means that "waiting for your reply."
Aapke jawab ki pratiksha hai. - आपके जवाब की प्रतीक्षा है
or
Aapke jawab ka intajar hai. - आपके जवाब का इंतजार है
"hope to see you soon" - Aasha hai ki aapse jald hi mulakat hogi - आशा है की आपसे जल्द ही मुलाकात होगी
