with the advent of cellphone technology and SMS, filipinos have developed their own sms lingo where many English and Filipino words are abbreviated in order to cut down on characters to: 1. save on cellphone sms cost 2. send your message faster. "pano" is short-hand for "paano", "b" is for "ba", etc.
