should i learn hiragana first ? or kanji?
well i should learn them but i found a website and it says you should learn hiragana first then you spend all time with kanji but other peoples say i should learn that together my mind just confused..

You need to learn Hiragana first.  Otherwise you are not going to be able to read any Japanese, and even not going to be able to read any Kanji.
Also do you know how many Kanji are used in Japanese?
It's uncountable. It's impossible to learn Kanji first.
