它们的意思是一样的，只是读音不同。报道 bao4 dao4 报导 bao4 dao3
含义
①动词，通过报纸、杂志、广播、电视或其他形式把新闻告诉群众：报道消息。
②名词，用书面或广播、电视形式发表的新闻稿：他写了一篇关于小麦丰收的报道。

根据现代汉语词典的解释，他们是一个意思。但是我感觉报道更加正式一点，而且用的更多。
