Are the following sentences correct?
Tell me you reasons if possible. Thanks in advance.
1) The valuable stringed instruments in this display, all more than 300 years old, we're carefully crafted by artisans famous in their day but long since forgotten.
( I think artisans are modified by famous, so it's inappropriate to put an adjective behind a noun.)
2) There is probably no story more dramatic than baseball's great hitter and right fielder, Hank Aaron.
3)As he eagerly awaited the interview for the job, Miguel thought it wise suppressing his nervousness and to display a calm he did not feel.
( Would it be better if I changed wise to was?)
4)A review of the composer's new symphony called it confusing because of its unusual structure while having a melodious final movement that made it elegant.Sorry, the first is actually like this:
The valuable stringed instruments in this display, all more than 300 years old, WERE carefully crafted by artisans famous in their day but long since forgotten.
I hate auto correction.
