Is "two and a half kilos" right? or it should be "two and a half kilo"?
"two and a half kilo of apple", is this phrase right?

But in your example, "2 1/2kilos of apples" is indeed right

You can write "a two and a half kilo xxx", then it looks like an adjective.

More than one is plural, therefore kilos.
