I hope you will be successful in your exam
I hope you will pass your exam
I wish you success in your exam

"Success" is a noun, so we wouldn't say "be success" in this case. Instead we would use the verb "have" and say:
I hope you have success in your exam.
Or, more likely, we would use the adjective form of success which is "successful" and say:
I hope you will be successful in your exam.
