Generally speaking, “的”is commonly used in the preposition phrase, expressing the result after description, which is usually used after nouns and adjectives. For example: 我们的祖国--our motherland,强大的祖国--powerful motherland ,漂亮的姑娘--beautiful girl.
的 + noun (e.g. 我的钱)
得” is commonly used in the verb-complement phrase, expressing a result or a condition, which is usually used after verbs to be as verb-complement adverbial. For example: 高兴得跳起来—kick up one’s heel, 扫得真干净—sweep very clean, 笑得多甜啊—smile sweetly......
得 + adjective (e.g. 我不得空)

give you some example:
“的” likes as " 's ”, 吉姆的朋友, means " Jim's friend " in English , " my friend" is "我的朋友“
alwaysly, “的”is after adj, before noun, for instance, “好的”、“可爱的” means “good” , “lovely”
”得“ is used fewer than "的”, “跑得很快” “爱得深” means “run quickly”、 “love deeply”, “得” is used before adj or adv
