和外国朋友聊天，有些单词都不会用！！请大家帮帮忙，这两个单词到底有什么不同啊，分别用在什么地方？

Noun:
Make (Singular) What is the make of that car? It is Audi.
Makes (Plural) There are many different makes of cars here.
Verb:
I can't make three presentations today.
They won't make the card until tomorrow.
He(She) makes cards for us every year.
It makes me happy that you got an A on your test.
