안녕히 가세요 (가 = ga) means literally "go in peace". So you use this phrase to say goodbye to someone who is leaving.
안녕히 계세요 is "stay in peace", and would be used to say goodbye if you are leaving and the other person is staying.

The answer is god but the transcription is like this: 안녕히가세 요 (annyeong hi ga se yo) 안녕히계세요(annyeong hi gye se yo). ㅓ (eo) pronunsation o longㅕ(yeo) pronunsation yo . ㅔ(e) ㅖ(ye).
