Is the sentence correct?
Is the sentence "We were clear to know where she'd gone. " correct?
Can I use the expression "be clear to do sth"?

Hmm... no, there's no such phrase as "to be clear to do something", at least to the best of my knowledge.
In your example, it'd be better to simply say - "We clearly knew where she'd gone."

I understand your meaning to be you were allowed (given clearance... "clear") to find out that information. Is that what you meant?
