What is that word Fu Rin Ka Zan 風林火山 Is that japanese or chinese?

Such a 4 letters-charactor use seems to be a Japanese style, not so common in chana, I think. But it is originally chanisese, one phrase apears in " Sun's art of War" . It is very famous in Japan for the motto written in the flag of his team in war, that is used by Singen TAKEDA, the famous samurai in SENGOKU piriod in Japan. 風:move speedy like wind, when it moves 林:keep quiete like woods(forest) 火:attack hard like a fire 山:keep no move like a mountain
