What's the difference between "God aften", "God kveld" and "God Natt"?

Normally we just use "God natt" when we are going to bed. I don't think it's common to use "God aften" or "God kveld" anymore.
God aften is late day, early evening. God kveld is for the evening. God natt is when you are going to bed.
