The primary difference is overdraft is a noun and overdrawn is a verb.
Overdraft - A deficit in a bank account caused by drawing more money than what is available in the account.
Overdrawn - To draw money from a bank account in excess of what the account holds.

Overdraft is when payments like direct debits (recibos) take your account into negative balance, it's like an emergency loan, Overdrawn is the same but when it's cash instead of recibos, I think.

Hello Vanessa:
The two terms refer to the same situtation. ---Warm Regards, Bruce
