What is the difference between...
Yapabilirim...
Yaparim...
Yapamam.
or, gidebilirim...
giderim
gidemem
I asked a question about how to say "can" and "can not", thinking that you add the suffix "abile/ebile" for CAN and "ama" for can not, but someone replied saying that "yaparim" is the positive form of "can"... but wouldn't that be "yapabilirim"?
Basically can someone give me a simple answer :D

Your logic is correct. That "someone" is definitely wrong.
I can do = Yapabilirim
I can't do = Yapamam
I do = Yaparım

I can do ........... = ...... yapabilirim.
I can't do ...... = ...... yapamam. and .... yapamıyorum. and .... yapamayacağım.
I could do ....... = ...... yapabilirim. and ... yapabilirdim. and ... yapabiliyordum.
I couldn't do ......= ...... yapamadım. and ... yapamazdım. and .... yapamıyordum
I'll do .......... = ..... yapacağım. and ...... yaparım. and .... yapayım
I do ............... = ....... yapıyorum.
I'm doing...........= ........ yapıyorum.
I hope this helps.

well,in turkish ''-ebilmek ,-abilmek'' means ''ability'' .so we add the suffix like that :
Let me explain whole suffix : -git (the root fo the verb)
: -mek -mak (makes the verb infinitive)
now ,
i can go : Gidebilirim.
