The original title is "The Silver Linings Playbook", but in japanese is 世界にひとつのプレイブック "The playbook only the one in the world" or something like that. For japanese is difficult pronouce "Silver Linings" and don't give much stronger impression for the moovie, so changed a little. Often happens. However I can not see much difference from the original. So, 世界にひとつのmeans "only the one in the world"　Sorry my bad english. I hope it helps you.

As i understand, this mean like you wrote or may be like "the world's only playbook"... But I always thought that in japanese is better to use 世界で唯一の.... but maybe phrase about which you asking have another meaning....but for example the name of anime "Sekai ichi hatsukoi" is translanting like "the best in the world first love"....
