Is it correct to say 这个学期我不在上课了 ?
"This semester I don't attend class".
How about if I want to express that I am not in the process of... Should I use 正在?
这个学期我不正在上课了, is this correct?
How about this 这个学期我不再正在上课了。
"This semester I am not attending class anymore."

在and再是两个含义。在 is just doing sth.再,mean any more,"This semester I am not attending class anymore." 这个学期我不再上课了。没有不再正在这种说法。hope for your help.

answer is just remove “正在” out
because you don‘t attend the class is not a process，its a result
