What time do you come here?
你什么时候到这里？（通常） （simple present tense, can be used to ask some daily and frequent behaviors. ）
What time are you coming here?
你什么时候到这里（啊）？（平常语境）( informal)
What time will you come here?
你将什么时候到这里？（正式语境）( formal)
