what does ''right past'' mean in this conversation ? A : Could you drop me off at the bank ? B : Sure, I'm going to drive right past the bank.

It is on my way. I will drive from one side of the bank to the other, passing just by the bank in the process.

he is going to near or behalf of the bank...his way is passing from same road with A ( the bank)..
