Electric is an adjective saying that something uses electricity. I can have an electric stove or a gas stove.
Electronic is also an adjective, but with a much more specific meaning. It refers to computer like devices, something that does work for you. Like an electronic calculator does the calculations for you. An Electronic dictionary looks up the words for you.
"Electronical", however, is not actually a word. If you meant "electrical" it means the same thing as "electric" it's just used in more limited contexts. It's safe to just use the word "electric" instead of "electrical" in almost any situation.
