family ism because it's meaning containing just an individual family. but when we say members of group that's including plural and when we placed with pronoun we put they...so they are...the family its replaced pronoun is "it" ..it is...

Neither. Correct is:
THE family is/are...
You can use either.

In AMERICAN English, "family" is usually singular:
My family liveS in a nice house; My family IS very important to me.
If you are thinking of individual members, then it's fine in American English to use the plural:
[The members of] my family HAVE interesting jobs; [The members of] my family ARE planning their summer vacations.

E' singolare, quindi "is" invece di "are."
