"iika!" in Japanese means "listen!" isn't it? I don't know how to write this word. Please help me!Thank you so much but I took this from many mangas. "iika" is used so often and my subtitle always shows "listen!so confused. But thanks anyway. =))

I'm not aware of anything like that (notice I'm not really good with Jap)
いいか, which is pronounced like what you said means something along "You see" or "You know"
As for what I found in dictionary, 云いか is also pronounced like that and means "say".
Listen will be きく (kiku).

It must be いいから, which is an equivalent to ¨listen up!¨, normally used at the beginning of imperative sentences for emphasis.
