they are all wrong，that is a emphatic sentence，it means “i told you no！do not ask me again！”

If someone says "no", then he really means "no".
"No" really means "no".
That is how I understand it.

I have seen two kinds of phrases meaning 不是就是不是.
1) no means no
2) no means NOT yes
