What is the difference between the phrases "in the moment" and "at the moment"?
When i have to use one or other?

In my opinion,
at the moment = now
For example: I'm listening to music at the moment.
in the moment = for a while
For example: I'll be back in a moment.
Hope that helps! :)

Well, it's pretty much the difference between "in" and "at". Does that help? :)
