Let´s imagine that you have a can in front of you,
if I say: "the can contains/includes some vegetables" then there are vegetables inside the can... contain and include are synonims, mean the same but are written in a different way.
if I say: "the can is involved by a piece of paper" then there is a piece of paper that surrounds the can.
if I say: "the can consists of aluminum" then the material from which the can has been made of is aluminum.
