"Beautifully done!" Do you use this? In what situation? Doesn't it sound like British? What else?
My wife has just begun to teach English to children in the neighborhood, and she wonders how to give kids praise when they are well done.
She says she have heard this expression when she was learning culinary art in a community college in US.
Please tell me your opinion.

I am American and I can't remember the last time I said this expression. I think that we would use it in reference to music, dance, or cooking...something where a person has to actually execute something and has done it perfectly. However, I think in America it would be more common to say, 'Great job" or "Well done."

I would use this expression to describe art. But I think "well done" is the most common one!^^
