I think it is "we are not easy." right?
But how does 好 translate ?

hao means very. for example 好漂亮 means very beautiful, 好吃 means very delicious or tasty.

for example, "do you want to go shopping?" "OK!(also means 好)"
very good means 很好
好 have lots of meaning
