Why Russian girl graduate so early? I knew a girl in Moscow ,she is 21 and in university of grade four.but in China,21 years old students are in university of grade 2! Chinese have 6 years of primary school life,6 years of high school life.How about Russia?

Because russians are very smart people! ;) People graduate high school at about seventeen, immediately start university and closer to their twenty one, twenty two years old they get a diploma. That is all.

She likely graduated high school when she was seventeen and started university at eighteen. I don't know about Russia, but it's common in Australia at least.
