what in difference between " in business " and " on business" ?

"in business" means doing business, operating a business. 'How long have you been in business?'
"on business" describes an action, and indicates that the action is taken for business purposes. 'I've come here on business'. or, 'Did you go to Spain on business, or for pleasure?'
