Butt kicked is an expression used when someone gets beaten up really hard.
Usually, the person who would beat somebody up would say something like, "I'll kick your bet." Implying that he will beat him up really hard.
If it happens, and gets beaten up - then he got "butt kicked".

It may stand for "getting excited" or "being defeated" in some place. But I'm not sure. Hope this can be of some help.
