Can I say "play with snow" ?
Is the sentence "I play with snow" correct?I think I should add "a person" instead of "an object" after "with." EX: I play with my sister. Can I say I play with "snow" ?

Yes, as long as it's in context and you are playing with snow. Like making a snowman or having a snowball fight...
Although you can say it and it does make sense and people would understand what you meant, it would not really be said normally.
