क्या मैं आपकी किसी भी तरह से मदद कार सकता हूँ  (किसी भी तरह means in any way and मदद means help)

आप किस बारे में चिल्ला रहे हैं (में always has a dot on it. चिल्ला  should also have two L sounds.)

The last sentence is correct but you're saying that you are tired of this weather. If you want to say you are tired of the contact change in weather you would say something like "मैं इस मौसम के लगातार बदलाव से थक गया हूँ "
