It's an imperative verb and it means " Say, Tell " it depends on the situation. As an example:
" be man begoo = tell me "
" chizi ra ke mikhahy begoo = say what you want "

say or tell= begoo
ex: tell me your name= esmat ra begoo

mais "begueid" , "begin" or "begid" , veut dire "dites".
