Hallo,
so ganz verstehe ich Ihre Frage nicht. Bei Ihrer Schreibweise kann es sein: 2 hoch 10 (=1024) oder umgekehrt 10 hoch 2 (=100), oder: (als Beispiel) der Schrank ist 2 Meter 10 hoch.

Wir sagen 10 hoch 2 oder auch 10².

Ich habe keine Ahnung, was "2 · 10 hoch" bedeuten soll.
