'in case where' or 'in case when'. Which one is correct?
There are two kind of expression - 'in case where' and 'in case when'. I want to say 'In case where the user implements only simple actions, we can use the new algorithm'. Which one of these two expression is more appropriate? Thanks for your attention

The correct way to say it is, "in the case where.."
You just needed to add "the".

You could state "in case the user ...." without the where or when. Or you could also state "when the user .... " without stating in case.
