Hi Alex
You 'get off' a bus, train, bicycle, or motorbike. You 'get out' of a car, taxi, or aeroplane. You 'leave' a room, building, country, or generally a location. 'I am about to leave work' (means I will go home in a moment). 'I am about to leave for Germany' (means I am going to visit Germany very soon).
If you say to someone: 'Get out,' this is an angry statement meaning you want them to leave.
Take care
