Ho visto quest'espressione seguente sulla pagina della certificazione del titolo
"RECANTE IL SEGUENTE TITOLO: xxx "
Che vuol dire "RECANTE "?

In questo caso significa:
a) ha il seguente titolo: xxx
b) ha conseguito il seguente titolo: xxx (obtained)
Non mi sembra un buono stile, e` preso in prestito dallo stile (bruttisiimo)
dei moduli degli uffici.
Grammatica: /recante/ e` il participio presente del verbo /recare/.
