What is wind meaning here? It pronounces [wind] or [waind] ?
Can you help me?

It's the second pronunciation. Older watches have a spring mechanism instead of a battery and need to be wound in order for them to work. Typically there is a winding stem to the right of the watch face that has to be pulled out and turned in order to wind the watch.
