Jeferson, las palabras "although" y "though" significan ambas "aunque".
Puedes decir
Aunque ella no sabe siempre intenta dar una respuesta.
Although she does not know, she always tries to give an answer.
Though she does not know, she always tries to give an answer.
B) Pero ella no sabe
A) I bought a new car
B) She does not know though.

There isn't much difference, but 'albeit' is rarely used nowadays except in academic essays.
Many prefer 'although' at the beginning of a sentence:
Although I asked him, he didn't come.
But both are fine here:
He didn't come though/although I asked him.
