how much
because "money" is uncountable noun

You can't count money. I mean you can't say "1 money, 2 money, etc."
so it must be "how much money?", "how much does it cost?", etc.
----------
Actually you can "count money", but you count like this: "1 dollar, 2 dollars, 3 dollars,...", "1 coin, 2 coins, 3 coins,...", "£1.00, £1.50, £1.55,...", etc.
So you can say "how many notes do you have?", "how many pound coins do I need?", etc.
----------
It is the same for time: "how much time?", "how many minutes?", etc.
