"발"은 무슨 뜻인지 아세요?
뉴욕발 이천행: I know in that case,발...행 means from somewhere to some where
"일요일 25저녁에는 7시 30분발 비행기만 있네요" In that case, I dont understand 발 means.

발(發) means to leave somewhere, and 행(行) means to head to somewhere, so 뉴욕발 이천행 means "(the airplane) leaves 뉴욕, and heads to 이천 or simply "from 뉴욕 to 이천".
