yeah it is true the two languages do not come from the same origins linguistic, there is much difference between the two in all branches linguistic, there is no similarity

they come from different origins
spanish belongs to the neolatin branch from roman latin language
and german is from Germanic languages
the structure of both languages is so different

There are some similar words but as a whole the grammar and pronunciation are very different.
