한복을 입은 적이 있어요 and 한복을 입어 봤어요 are the same with I've worn (put on) Hanbok.
한복을 입어 봐요 is a sentence of suggestion like would you~?
한복을 입어본 적이 없어요 is I've not worn Hanbok.
