I don't speak Chinese, but from what you've said, I don't think there's any way to translate it directly into English and have it sound natural, especially for advertising. "Quality is the first,integrity make win-win" still sounds very Chinese, so I think it needs to be changed a bit more. I would say: "Quality and integrity: a double win"
